HOW IT BEGAN
Owner, Mike Turner
Owner / operator, Mike Turner began his rug & upholstery cleaning business in 1996 while working for the Hoboken Fire Department and living in Millstone NJ. As his firefighting career advanced, the expansion of his cleaning business also began to meet the new needs of his clients and he began including window cleaning to the RUG DRx menu. Within a few years, to continue meeting the growing wants and needs of his customers, Mike began to incorporate gutter cleaning and power washing services.

During the 2021 cleaning season Mike or some of you may recognize him as "Hoboken Mike", had the opportunity to participate on the CBS show Survivor Season 42! Mike was runner up and grew to be a fan favorite. During his time away, he continued to operate RUG DRx with the assistance of his loyal staff who maintained the quality of work our customers expect when they hire RUG DRx.
